Working with Simmor Travel

Working with Simmor Travel is easy.

Step 1: Complimentary Consultation
We begin with a complimentary consultation to discuss your travel vision, preferences, budget parameters, and any special considerations. This conversation allows us to understand your goals and determine how we can best support your trip planning.

Step 2: Planning & Research Fee
Following the consultation, a planning and research fee will be communicated based on the scope and complexity of your trip. This fee must be paid before any travel options are curated. The fee covers professional research, supplier vetting, itinerary design, and expert recommendations tailored specifically to you.

Step 3: Customized Proposal
Once the planning fee is received, we will curate and present a personalized travel proposal aligned with your preferences. You will have the opportunity to review the itinerary, ask questions, and request refinements as needed.

Step 4: Approval & Booking
After you approve the final proposal, we will proceed with securing reservations and completing the booking process. No bookings are made without your explicit approval.

Step 5: Support
We confirm and monitor every detail, provide documents, and remain just a message away while you travel.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I use a Travel Agent

Even in the age of online booking, travel agents are a great source of information. A travel agent can make sure that your trip is tailored to you, assist you in case of unexpected problems, and help you anticipate potential issues in advance.  We offer support from the time you book until you return from your trip.

Do you have offer payment plans?

For many trips scheduled six months or more in advance, we are pleased to offer a monthly payment plan to help make your travel investment more manageable.

When a payment plan is selected, payments are required to be made on a monthly basis according to the agreed schedule.

Consistent, on-time payments are essential to keep your reservation active. Failure to submit scheduled payments may result in cancellation of the booking by the supplier, and previously paid funds may be forfeited in accordance with supplier terms and conditions.

We strongly encourage careful consideration of your financial commitments before selecting a payment plan to ensure a smooth and stress-free planning experience.
